Yerba Buena Commons is a federally subsidized low-income SRO (single room occupancy). Applicant must make more than $20,000 pre-tax yearly income, and less than $31,680 pre-tax yearly income. Employed Applicants must provide no less than 12 continuous weeks of pay stub copies to have their applications accepted. Applicants with other forms of income should e-mail to find out about details of how to properly certify their income.Full-time students cannot move in to YBC, however students who can provide documentation of their part-time status may move into YBC. Standard units are $700 a month, standard units w/ closets are $730, and corner units $675 a month. $800 deposit. Personal checks are acceptable for all months thereafter. There is a $25 application fee, payable in advance by money order or cashierâ��s check only. No application will be processed until the fee is paid. Appliances include 4 cubic foot fridge and microwave, larger 10 cubic foot fridges are available for $30 per month rental. Electricity, water, garbage, and 50 channel satellite TV with full HBO, Showtime, and Cinemax included in rent. Small fitness room for use of tenants also available. Laundry rooms are located on each floor except for 7th and 8th floors. RENT REBATES** Tenants will receive a $200 rent credit after the first six whole months their rent is paid in full and on time, and a $100 credit every six months thereafter if rent is paid in full and on time every month.
